To support our growth and ensure our operations run smoothly, we are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Sales and Operations team.
Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales and operations efficiency by providing data-driven insights and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help make informed decisions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Daily Sales Reports: Compile and analyze daily sales data to create reports for top management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Sales Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain sales dashboards for all outlets to compare sales performance year-over-year and identify areas for improvement.
Consumption and Purchase Tracking: Monitor and track consumption patterns and purchases, providing insights for optimizing inventory management.
Partner Sales Monitoring: Keep track of sales through partner platforms like Foodpanda and Patho, ensuring accurate reporting and collaboration.
Marketing Data Collection: Collect and prepare data related to marketing activities, assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
-> Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
-> Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or operational context.
-> Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
-> Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
-> Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
-> Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
