Ranks Petroleum Ltd (Shell Lubricant) is looking for “Executive/Sr. Executive- Supply Chain”
Job Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Commercial.
Core Responsibilities:
· Place Order in System, share acknowledgement slip & collect PFI
· Prepare LC Application form, forwarding letter & take management approval
· Collect marine cover note from insurance company and share with respective bank
· Review draft collect acknowledgement copy, arrange for final LC transmission or amendment if needed
· Share LC transmitted copy with respective team & follow up to start manufacture
· Review draft bill of lading, shipping documents and confirm for transmission
· Track shipping documents status & ensure timely arrival to avoid demurrage at port
· Collecting master bill of lading, house bill of lading and packing lists to prepare risk bond and undertaking for releasing bulks consignments
· Collect marine policy for every shipment
· Prepare different kinds of reports on demand basis
Education: Graduate from any reputed university (Major in Supply Chain Management will get Preference)
