Team Leader- Deposit Mobilization
Location: Tejgaon
Experience: At least 5 years
Responsibilities:
– Successfully meet and exceed the monthly team and individual liability business targets set forth by the management.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential individual and corporate deposit customers, actively following up to facilitate new deposit customers.
– Demonstrate exceptional skills in sourcing of funds & effective team members to enhance team performance.
– Enhance the renewal and retention rates of existing liability customers by providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing depositor clients.
– Closely work with other concerned departments for product development.
