SNOWTEX GROUP is seeking some proactive and experienced “Fire & Safety Auditor” to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring workplace safety, managing fire prevention measures, and fostering a safe environment for all employees. This role requires an individual having hands-on experience in fire safety, training, and emergency response management.

▪︎ Educational Requirements:
• BSc/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution.
• Diploma or certificate course in Fire, Health & Safety will be preferred.
▪︎ Experience:
• 5 to 10 years working experience in the Garments or Textile industry’s Fire & Safety section
▪︎ Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and recommend improvements to mitigate potential hazards.
• Plan and supervise fire drills, evacuation training, and emergency response programs for employees and keep records for audit purposes.
• Inspect fire safety systems, including alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, and sprinkler systems, ensuring proper functionality.
• Collaborate with factory management to address safety concerns and integrate fire safety measures into production activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance reports for audits and reviews.
• Liaise with local fire authorities and agencies for inspections, certifications, and guidance on regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
