Looking for Candidates in Production (Washing R&D) Department!
Person needs to:
1. Collect and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the washing process.
2. Do R&D to define the correct recipe and washing cycles for every new product.
3. Reduce rewashing or reprocessing.
4. Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
5. Analyze and control washing process faults and take action in wet and dry process while deviation occurs.
*Must be skilled in Hydro, Dryer, Ozone, Resin wash, Bleach wash, Drying, Enzyme wash.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or relevant discipline from Public or renowned Private University.
Experience: 5 years or more in garments wash factory.
