Job Title : System Engineer/Senior System Engineer
Department: Network Planning & Design (Service Integration)
Job Responsibilities:
-Preparing script for device/service configuration.
-Assurance of service meeting the Service Level Agreements offered to customers.
-Evaluation and hands-on testing of new technologies for new services rollout.
-Active participation in network optimization activity and ensure resiliency.
-Cater customer traffic into desired location maintaining quality of service.
-Conduct technical pilots and competitive reviews.
-Leading and participating in impact analysis assessments
-Working closely with the relevant project team to ensure the IP project deliverables
-Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Academic Qualification:
– B.Sc in EEE/ETE/ECE/CSE from any reputed university.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
-Having experience in Telco/ISP/NTTN operators.
-Experience in IP networking especially in IP MPLS network, Layer 2/3 protocols, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS and BGP.
-Associate Level Certification like CCNA/JNCIA/HCIA etc.
-Excellent team player, target oriented and multitasking ability.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Experience:
-At least 1-4 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
