Position: Supply Chain Manager
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain operations and a proven track record of driving efficiency and reliability across complex supply chain networks. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our products are available when and where our customers need them.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that guarantee timely material availability while minimizing costs.
● Manage inventory levels to meet business demands while minimizing holding costs and maximizing turns.
● Coordinate with regional and global teams to align supply chain operations with overarching business objectives.
● Ensure a continuous and efficient flow of materials by collaborating effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
● Proactively monitor inventory levels, lead times, and potential supply chain risks to prevent disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on planning and material availability.
● Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
● Fluency in English is essential for regular communication with global teams.
Benefits:
● Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 BDT
● Other Benefits: As per company policy.
