Job Title: Software Engineer (QA)
Tiger IT is looking for talented, self-driven, and motivated individuals responsible for developing innovative new product features designed to enable customers to build ever more complex systems faster and easier. He or she will be involved in all aspects of product development; design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and productization.
Job Responsibilities
● Test and find high priority bugs early in the process
● Keep learning the new technologies and effectively apply those in the projects
● Self-motivated individuals who can deliver the tasks independently and on time under pressure without compromising the quality
● Should have attention to detail and clearly explain to the team what the issue is and what needs to be fixed.
● Perform integration test, performance test, load, scalability, usability and regression test.
● Prepare checklists for regression tests and smoke tests.
● Research and Analyze Product Features Being Tested
● Research New Tools, Technologies, and Testing Processes
● Develop and manage effective Test Plan & Strategy for Enterprise applications (Desktop, Web, Mobile App, Database, API, etc.)
● Prepare test documentation as required
Educational Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in CS/CSE/EEE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• 0 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
Additional Requirements
● Ability to analyze requirements and gain sound knowledge about the product under test
● Sound knowledge of SQL Scripts and ability to write SQL to work with various Databases.
● Experience with Agile Development Process
● Experience with Web-Based Testing Applications
● Solid Understanding of QA Testing Environments
● Ability to write automation scripts
● Adhere to all the company policies and processes
