1. Government of Belgium Scholarships

4. VLIR-UOS Scholarship Program
VLIR-UOS Scholarships provide students with full tuition fee free, living expenses, air tickets and monthly stipend. This is one of the most sought after scholarship programs for international students. Approximately 31 foreign students are awarded this scholarship each year to study fully funded at a Flemish university or college.
5. Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship
The Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship is an initiative of KU Liven to encourage collaborative research with experts from developing countries. PhD candidates from developing countries are given the opportunity to do research in this scholarship. The scholarship usually covers full tuition fees, a monthly stipend of 2,199 euros, medical insurance, airfare and a monthly research allowance of 310 euros. IELTS is not required to apply for this scholarship.
