We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with automation experience to deliver high-quality, bug-free products. We are the growth-oriented agile team behind FreeConvert.com which millions of visitors use every month to transcode, compress, and edit files.

Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA)
Job Nature: Full-time / Remote (5 days a week)
Required skills:
At least 1 year of automation experience (Appium, Selenium, or Cypress)
2 years of quality assurance experience in Agile projects
Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Functional, browser compatibility, regression, and security testing
Knowledge of Rest API Testing (postman)
Experience in capturing application logs using Chrome Dev tool, Android Studio Logcat, IMazing is a plus
What you’ll do
Writing and maintaining efficient, thorough test cases for our mobile and web applications.
Record bugs with detailed steps for developers to reproduce.
Work closely with developers to achieve system integration testing.
Identifying tests that can be automated and automating them.
Assure the accuracy of software prior to production through functional and regression testing.
Collaborate within an agile team providing input for the product backlog, sprint planning, story development, demos, and team retrospective.
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective action to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Salary: 50,000 to 75,000 BDT (480 to 700 USD USD-pegged salary)
Other Benefits:
USD-pegged salary (does not fluctuate with Taka/BDT)
Yearly two Festival Bonus (each will be equivalent to 50% of salary)
Weekly 2 holidays (Friday, Saturday)
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
