Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Vendor Onboarding
Responsibilities:
· Drive achievement of sales targets by evaluating and onboarding new vendors and their product lines.
· Lead negotiations for product pricing and contract terms with vendors to ensure competitive advantage.
· Facilitate effective communication of product-related issues and concerns to vendors, fostering collaborative problem-solving.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess potential new vendors, staying abreast of industry trends.
· Cultivate enduring relationships with current vendors to foster loyalty and maximize value.
· Analyze sales trends to identify high-demand products and optimize inventory management.
· Develop and execute vendor selection programs to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive edge.
· Clearly communicate vendor responsibilities and obligations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
· Establish vendor performance standards and recommend enhancements to drive operational excellence.
· Serve as a liaison between vendors and stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration and conflict resolution.
· Coordinate all aspects of vendor management activities and streamline processes for efficiency.
· Formulate comprehensive business guidelines for vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to seamlessly integrate new vendors into existing systems and processes.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the vendor onboarding and training function.
· This version maintains clarity and professionalism while refining language for enhanced readability and impact.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from any discipline preferably Business Administration. A master’s degree is a plus.
· 2-3 years’ experience in Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Management.
· Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
· Expertise in Google and Microsoft Office application.
