United Software Solutions is seeking a creative and motivated ‘Digital Marketer’ to join our team and contribute to our growing success.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement creative solutions to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google AdWords, to ensure maximum ROI and conversion rates.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to refine campaign strategies and improve engagement.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with external partners such as influencers and affiliates to expand our reach and impact.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions to shape future initiatives.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
