Position: Chief Engineer (Mechanical)
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure maximum availability of machine production by achieving zero breakdowns.
- Maintain all mechanical maintenance data and incurred costs digitally and prepare data for top Management.
- Plan, develop and implement departmental SOP & process flows.
- Oversee the variance of the departmental budget and implement an execution plan to reduce cost.
- Review, approve and execute the yearly preventive and scheduled maintenance plan.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience: 10- 15 years
Additional Requirement :
- Candidates having experience in paper industry will get preferrence.
- Candidates must have to smart, energetic and dynamic.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Sond knowledge on MS Office.
