𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for talented “Executive, Community & Partner Manager” who will build and manage relationships with FundedNext’s online communities, engage with them through social media platforms, onboard partners for business expansion and moderate user-generated content. The individuals will also aim to increase engagement and loyalty among the communities.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop and implement engaging graphical and written content for community management to enhance partner engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage operational activities including issue resolution ensuring smooth and efficient partner operations.
• Onboarding new partners and providing ongoing support and management to ensure a successful partnership and maximize partner value.
• Work closely with various teams within the organization to ensure alignment on partner strategies, resolve challenges, and leverage opportunities for growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and skill development to adapt to evolving market demands and operational tools.
• Craft well thought out strategies to drive partner engagement and achieve business objectives.

• Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with the online community through various channels, including social media, messaging, and email.
• Marketing and social media expertise – Understanding marketing and social media principles to create engaging content, monitor social media platforms, moderate user-generated content, and provide customer support.
• Analytical mindset – Ability to analyze social media metrics and community engagement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Project management abilities – Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship-building skills – Capability to build and maintain relationships with the online community, respond to inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Technical proficiency – Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to manage and optimize community engagement.
• Creative thinking – Ability to develop innovative ideas to increase community engagement, create campaigns, and enhance the brand’s online presence.
