As an ideal incumbent for this position, you are expected to be highly data-centric with a knack for analysis, math and statistics and should be passionate about contributing in business growth through solving problems and shaping the future through building scalable products and solutions.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨:
• Analyze data trends and patterns to extract valuable business insights
• Design experiments and analyze their effects in the marketplace
• Interpret data to identify problems, discover solutions and opportunities and solve business-related issues using data-driven techniques and execute through collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Communicate actionable insights using data to a diverse audience across the organization and collaborate with cross-functional (both tech and non-tech) teams to build sustainable and scalable solutions
• Identify growth and business expansion opportunities and develop long term strategies and roadmaps and help teams to execute them
• Identify scope for process optimization and collaborate with teams to develop ML, automation, product or feature based solutions
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠:
• At least 1-2 years of proven working experience in a relevant role
• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, Economics or Business with strong foundations in statistics
• Strong data extraction skills (Querying in MySQL, Google Big Query, PostgreSQL RDBMS) Knowledge on programming languages (Python/ R) will be counted as a plus
• Comfortable working knowledge of data visualization, analytics tools (e.g Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI) and data dashboard (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
