𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Technical Support: Assist in providing technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• System Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and backups to ensure the stability and security of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• User Account Management: Assist in managing user accounts, including user provisioning, access rights, and password resets, while adhering to security policies and procedures.
• Network Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure reliable connectivity and network performance.
• Software Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software applications on workstations and servers, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Hardware Inventory: Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
• IT Projects: Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior IT staff, assisting with tasks such as research, testing, and implementation.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT.
• Working towards a degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting standard hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Saturday, WFH; Needs to come to the office on call
