โข User Account Management: Assist in managing user accounts, including user provisioning, access rights, and password resets, while adhering to security policies and procedures.
โข Network Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure reliable connectivity and network performance.
โข Software Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software applications on workstations and servers, following established procedures and guidelines.
โข Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
โข Hardware Inventory: Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
โข IT Projects: Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior IT staff, assisting with tasks such as research, testing, and implementation.
