We are looking to hire a skilled Support Engineer to assist our all IT related technical support issues. A Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems software and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Installing and configuring computer systems.
โข Responding to IT support requests.
โข Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
โข Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
โข Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
โข Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
โข Maintaining good client relations.
โข Tracking and managing work records.
โข Compiling job reports.

โข Diploma & Bachelorโs degree in related field.
โข Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
โข Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
โข Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
โข Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
โข Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
