ACE is currently looking to hire a Senior HVAC design engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents including design drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
- Utilize computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD & Revit for HVAC design.
- Conduct HVAC load calculations (using HAP software), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection.
- Attend meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Develop construction cost estimates and Life Cycle Cost Analysis for evaluating HVAC systems during conceptual design.
- Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC designs.
- Conduct studies to evaluate HVAC systems, identify findings, and propose solutions.
- Provide technical quality reviews and ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, Codes, and Standards.
- Coordinate work between multiple project disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 9-14 years of experience as an HVAC Design Engineer.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD & Revit, specifically related to HVAC discipline.
- Previous experience in Consultant Engineering is preferred.
