Position: Service Engineer/Senior Service Engineer for power solution business
Responsibilities:
- Should have an experience on electrical development work.
- Knowledge about AutoCAD (2D& 3D) drawing as well as electrical drawing.
- Should have an experience on Electrical Sub-33/11 KV & 11/415 KV Station, HT, LT, PFI unit.
- Ensure Quality Service to customers
- Ensure Minimum Turnaround Time (TAT) as per company standards
- Ensure necessary Spare-parts in Service Center
- Spare parts inventory management
- Process and Policy developments and implementation
- Training and Development of Technical Service Assistants/Technical Support Officer
- Distribution Partner management
- Budgeting and Reporting
- Warranty Claim
- Report Preparation
- Monthly Service presentation
Education: BSc in Mechanical/ Electrical/Power Engineering
Experience: 03-05Years on relevant Field
Additional Requirements
- Must be honest, dynamic, dedicated and hard working.
- Experience with leading a team Strong communication skills
- Experienced candidates will be hired with attractive salary
- The applicants should have experience in Petrol/Diesel/Gas Generator Service
