Position: Executive, Training (Yamaha Technical Academy)
Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required: Good Presentation Skill, Fluency in Speaking English.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Conducting Yamaha Training Program at Yamaha Technical Academy(YTA) center, dealer showroom or training center to provide Yamaha technical knowledge to them as per guideline.
2. Handling Major Trouble shooting & visit to DLR end to assist DLR technician as required.
3. Prepare all the technical & publication material for training.
4. Participate in CS Campaign program along with dealer’s staff to support customer.
5. Conducting Mechanic contest at Dealer premises to let the local technician to know about Yamaha motorcycle features & technical advantage over other brand’s motorcycle.
6. Rendering quick service for corporate customer as & when required.
7. Assisting Yamaha authorized Trainer as per requirement.
8. Assist & work under supervision of Training & Publication concern person.
