Experience Requirement:
– Prepare proposed design & Documentation (BOQ, Calculations, Datasheet, and Certificates etc.) of Fire Detection system, Standpipe & sprinkler system design as per BNBC, NFPA and RSC Standards
– Prepare Battery & voltage drop calculation for fire alarm system
– Prepare Hydraulic calculation for Fire Hydrant system.
– Prepare the Design-Documentation for RCC, RSC, Elevate or any third-party Audit for Fire detection, protection system
– Attend all the third-party Audits (e.g., Follow-up, pre-T&C, T&C etc.) as per client’s schedule.
– Expertise in Auto CAD 2D, 3D & Pipe Flow Expert software
– Understanding of Section, Elevation, Floor & Master plan of Building (Both Steel & RCC)
– Understanding of Structural, Architectural & MEP Drawing.
– Must have fire safety knowledge on ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BNBC, NFPA codes.
