OVERVIEW
A fast-growing fintech company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join their team. As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the technical aspects of their projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure software development processes are followed and best practices are implemented
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in software development
- Experience in leading a team of developers
- Strong technical skills in Java, Python, and/or C++
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SALARY AND WORK MODE:
Salary range: $1500 to $2500
Work mode: Hybrid @ Green Road, Dhaka.
