SENIOR TESTING ENGINEER WANTED!

JOB OVERVIEW
Full-time. Remote/WFH from Bangladesh with 3-4 hours of overlap with EST (Eastern Time) in the evening. GymRevenue is based out of the US. They just raised a round of funding and are building out their engineering team. They’re headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and are a remote-first company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY TO DAY
- Execute test cases (Manual & Automation) and analyze the result.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Reporting of test status, execution & logging bugs.
- Implementing QA best practices acquired through prior experience for QA process improvement.
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing.
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of the production.
- Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers, local and remote.
MUST-HAVE QUALITIES
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automated testing
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g. Selenium, Appium, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SHOULD-HAVES QUALITIES - Ability to create tests in multiple frameworks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
SALARY
$2K-3.5K per month (BDT 200K – 350K)
