Additional Requirements:
- Should have experience on Bakery food machineries.
- Having problem solving skills, RCA, CAP and innovative skills.
- Must have knowledge on Auto-cad and Engineering drawing.
•Should maintain and troubleshoot the Bakery machineries.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of food processing machines.
- Update preventive maintenance plan, machine profile and ISO documents.
- Ensure proper inventory, justification of machine spare parts.
