Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing recommendation engines. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and optimize recommendation engines to enhance user experience.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Conduct data analysis and prepare datasets for training and testing machine learning models.
– Evaluate the performance of recommendation systems and continuously improve their accuracy and efficiency.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and recommendation systems.
– Document processes, models, and experiments to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing recommendation engines.
– Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch and Scikit-Learn.
– Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
– Proficient in Python
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Recommendation Engine development
Salary Range: BDT 40,000 – 60,000 per month
