Position Name: Junior Officer
Job Nature: Full Time
Number of Vacancies: 60
Job Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali)
Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly)
Working Time: Roster Duty/Shifting Duty
Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Evening Shift: (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Night Shift: (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
[Transportation Services will be provided by office for some particular shifts]
Core Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer services by offering proper solutions & feedbacks to customer’s problems & queries
Manage call center databases and regularly update databases as needed
Regular monitoring of Facebook’s inbox and wall posts to keep an eye on negative news/complaints/queries
Provide services to all types of customer queries, requests and complaints received through incoming call, e-mail, live chat and social media
Educational Requirement:
Minimum Graduation (Any Discipline)
Other Requirements:
Good Communication Skill
Must be fluent both in Bangla & English.
Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure
Experience is not mandatory. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Age at most 30 year(s).
Salary & other benefits:
Salary Range: BDT. 14,000/- TO 16,000/-
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
Salary Review: 1 (Yearly)
