Work Responsibilities:
Proposal Development:
Identifying potential construction projects and preparing comprehensive construction proposals.
Conducting detailed project feasibility studies and aligning proposals with client requirements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure proposals address technical, financial, and timeline constraints.
Cost Analysis and Price Research:
Performing market research to determine accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyzing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in construction planning.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and price fluctuations to inform accurate project estimates.
Requirements:
Construction and Construction Engineering
Good Communication Skill in English
Technical/Proposal Writing and Development
Research
Analytical Skill
GPA 5 in both SSC and HSC
Must have laptop and stable internet connection
Salary: 15000 to 18000 BD Taka base plus performance bonus for Freshers, we can negotiate for experiences candidate
