Job Description:
1. Monitor fiber optic network performance and health using network management systems and tools.
2. Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and customer support, to address network-related concerns.
4. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams for further analysis and resolution.
5. Perform routine network checks, maintenance tasks, and system updates as required.
6. Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices and equipment.
7. Generate reports and maintain documentation of network incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of network monitoring processes and procedures.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to fiber optic networks.
