Bahon Limited, the NTTN company, is looking for “Senior Support Engineer/Support Engineer” for Project Deployment Department.

Educational Background: BSc in ETE, ECE, Telecommunications, IT, EEE from reputed public or private university.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-ground monitoring of projects and coordinating between vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Other responsibilities include:
· Manage vendors and follow up on day-to-day regular activities effectively.
· Ensure field surveys, drawings, ROW applications, and permissions are completed within the stipulated time.
· Report on weekly/monthly project completion progress.
· Maintain comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled and project closing summaries.
· Coordinate regular meetings with clients, customers, and vendors.
· Perform as a Fiber Team member to ensure smooth fiber optic network operations.
· Assist in designing, testing, and implementing fiber optic network solutions and help resolve network incidents.
· Provide solutions to customers for smooth workflow.
· Prepare and claim bills to customers.
· Work with the Project Deployment Team and planning team to deploy new network infrastructure, perform network upgrades, and ensure the smooth transition of network operations.
· Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
· Prepare all kinds of BOQ and invoices and keep records as per instructions.
