Bevy Commerce is seeking candidates for the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager positions.
Location: Remote
Job Nature: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Salary for Project Manager: BDT. 40,000 – 65,000 (Depending On Skills)
Salary for Senior Project Manager: BDT. 65,000 – 90,000 (Depending On Skills)
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scope, budget, deliverables, and resources needed for successful project completion.
● Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed within the established timeline and budget.
● Led and managed project teams, including technical personnel, to ensure successful project completion.
● Effectively communicate project progress and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
● Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress and milestones.
● Monitor and report project performance, identifying any scope-related issues or changes.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Experience with project management software and tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
● Applicants should know how to evaluate and set weights for frontend and backend tasks.
● Must have the ability to bring an authoritative voice to keep projects on track.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of project management best practices.
● Past experience as a QA developer will be a huge plus point.
● Candidates should be comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
● Strong command over the English language is a MUST.
Experience Requirement:
● 1-2+ years of experience required for the Project Manager Position.
● 3-4+ years of experience required for the Senior Project Manager Position.
