Position: “Senior Engineer” for the Service Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure support for the CS solution system by CRM, KMS, Omnichannel, and others.
Provide solutions for troubleshooting and vendor escalation.
Perform API integration for various solutions, middleware & core systems.
Possess capabilities to use various applications, OS, DB & Avaya Call Center components.
Measure and maintain compliance, quality control, IT security, design optimization, solution scalability, service enhancement, and risk management.

Requirements:
2 to 5 years (s) of experience in the following sectors: MFS/DFS and other IT-enabled industry having Post Graduation/Graduation in EEE/ICE/CSE/IT/ETE.
In addition to this, proper knowledge of API communication & integration, Data, and Voice network along with Avaya Call Center components will be preferred.
Besides, proven skills in CRM, KYC & Omnichannel communication, Database MySQL, MSSQL, and VMware vSphere environment are highly recommended.
