Job Opportunity: Project Development Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Project Development:
Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial concept to execution.
Conduct feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions for energy projects (solar photovoltaics, power transmission, distribution).
BOQ & Quotation Preparation:
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Ensure compliance with technical and financial requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Liaise with government entities (e.g., BPDB, Petrobangla), design teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Technical Expertise:
Develop technical proposals and material specifications.
Provide insights on designs and technical aspects of power and energy projects.
Project Execution:
Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputed institution (e.g., BUET, Dhaka University, KUET).
Experience:
Proven experience in solar photovoltaics, power transmission, and distribution projects.
Skilled in BOQ preparation and project lifecycle management.
Skills:
Proficiency in industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills for BOQ preparation and pricing.
Expertise in creating professional presentations (PPT/Keynote).
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
