Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Engineer
They are a leading multinational construction company specializing in large-scale civil, dredging & land development, water & port engineering, and structural projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Have to be able to independently carry out equipment deployment and process management, familiar with the daily inspection, periodic inspection, and maintenance requirements of equipment.
• Be able to independently complete the inspection data of land-based machinery equipment and classify or archive paper documents as required.
• Familiar with the materials required for ship or machinery, including fuel, fresh water, lubricants, and other maintenance supplies, able to inquire, compare prices, and purchase them.
• Monitor and Control maintenance cost and deal with emergencies.
• Have good data analysis skills, able to analyze data based on equipment operation and maintenance records and formulate improvement measures.
• Be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, team members, and superiors.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and provide support for maintenance works as required.
• Have a clear knowledge of safety management, able to ensure the safety of equipment and the environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Background.
• Must have more than 2 years of experience in big construction project management, particularly in managing land-based machinery equipment or ship (preferably dredgers) management.
• Having a good time management skill, able to prioritize equipment inspections reasonably.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
