𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 20 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 in Business Development within renowned construction companies in Bangladesh
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Attractive package for the right candidate
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
Lead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
A robust network and deep understanding of local regulations, tenders, and project pipelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities
Oversee tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth
