Qualification
Interested candidates should have a master’s degree in business, project management, administration or similar.
Experience
• Business development, business consulting, project management and administration, or similar relevant experience. A position in an international organization should have at least a few years of relevant work experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent IT skills at the user level including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Webex and other applications for online meetings and project planning programs.
• Good communication skills and excellent command of Bengali and English languages in understanding, speaking and writing.
• Awareness of policies, regulations, UN Universal Guidelines on Human Rights, ILO Conventions, OECD Guidelines.
• Understanding Ethical Trade, EU DUE Diligence Directives, Sustainable Development Goals, Climate Action, European Green Deal, Industrial Strategy and Circular Economy, a resource

Salary and benefits –
Monthly salary is negotiable. However, pension and other benefits will be provided as per the policy of the institution.
