Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support to our employees, and implementing IT solutions to improve efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software.
Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to protect data and prevent cybersecurity threats.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in IT, making recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
years of experience working in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking protocols, and security principles.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
