Documentation Writer and Tutorial Maker
We are seeking skilled and passionate Documentation Writers and Tutorial Makers to join our team. As a Documentation Writer and Tutorial Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation for our online course creator platform – Ezy Course. Your expertise in English writing, along with your understanding of web application usage, will help us provide our users with the best possible resources.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality documentation, including user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and technical articles, to assist users in effectively utilizing EzyCourse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and designers, to understand product features and functionalities.
- Create engaging and informative software walkthrough tutorials that demonstrate key features and functionality.
- Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of web application usage and basic technical concepts.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
- Experience in creating software walkthrough tutorials is a plus.
Salary Range: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT
