A dynamic Executive in business Development is required to identify new prospects, generate leads, and build strong relationships in the Government and Enterprise markets for Software and System Integration.

Employment Status: Full Time
Responsibilities & Context:
-Identify New Business Prospects: Research and analyze potential business opportunities in the Government and Enterprise markets, focusing on the Software and System Integration sectors.
-Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
-Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in Government and Enterprise sectors to foster business growth.
-Business Networking: Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand the company’s network and identify new business opportunities.
-Proposal & Documentation Development: Prepare project proposals, business presentations, and other documentation required for Government and Enterprise projects.
-Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to support strategic business decisions.

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Educational Requirements:
• BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communicator in both Bengali and English
