Position: Trainee Engineer/ Engineer, Enterprise Solution
Work Location: Hi-Tech Park, Kaliakair, Gazipur
Job Type: Full-time (Shift-Based)
Educational Requirements: BSc (Hons.) in EEE / ETE / ECE from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor network performance and uptime on a real-time basis.
-Handle client complaints efficiently and provide first-level technical support.
-Perform logical checks to identify and isolate network issues.
-Coordinate with internal Logical Team, Partner ISPs, and Franchisee Marketing Teams.
-Manage and document proper shift handover activities and incident logs.
Work Experience:
-Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
-Prior work in ISP Technical Support or NOC roles will be considered an added advantage.
Functional Skills:
-Good understanding of fault severity classification and escalation matrix.
-Experience in first-level logical diagnostics and fault handling.
-Basic knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking.
-Familiar with NOC processes, network topology, alarms, and fault management.
-Basic hands-on knowledge of MikroTik routers, including DHCP and PPPoE configuration.
Soft Skills:
-Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
-Strong negotiation and client-handling ability.
-Ability to assign, delegate, and follow up on trouble tickets (TTs) until resolution.
-Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
