Australia is a very popular destination for international students. There are many scholarship opportunities here that not only cover the cost of education, but also provide financial assistance to students every month from the government. A large number of Bangladeshi students are studying in Australia through such government and private scholarships.
In addition to the various Australian universities’ own scholarships, the government also provides special scholarships. One of these is the ‘Research Training Program (RTP)’ scholarship, which is open to Bangladeshi and other international students. Through this scholarship, students can study at the postgraduate and PhD levels at various Australian universities with full-free scholarships. The application deadline varies by university.
The maximum duration for a Master’s degree is 2 years and the maximum duration for a PhD is 4 years. The Australian Government’s Department of Education, Skills and Employment funds this scholarship.

A separate allowance will be provided for research during the program.
Application Eligibility—
For postgraduate studies, you must have an Australian equivalent bachelor’s degree.
Must have a master’s degree for PhD.
Must have experience in research.
Must demonstrate English language proficiency certificate. Must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
In addition, other requirements set by the university you wish to apply to must be met.

How to apply—
Interested candidates can apply online. To apply, the candidate must first select a university of their choice where they want to do their Masters or PhD. Then, they must apply according to the rules of that university.
