Designation: Officer, IPE (Lingerie)*
Location: Dhaka (Savar-DEPZ)
Experience: 3-6 Years (In lingerie Factory)
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency in lingerie manufacturing.
2. Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
3. Monitor and enhance line balancing for optimal resource utilization.
4. Calculate and update SMVs for all lingerie items based on accurate time studies.
5. Ensure accurate data entry in system records for cost estimation and target setting.
6. Assist in planning production capacity to meet order demands while maintaining quality.
7.Collaborate with the planning team to determine feasible delivery timelines.
8. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance and recommend improvements.
