Ikigai Hr is Hiring Project Manager
They are hiring a Technology Project Manager for a reputed fintech company.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise to develop the Software planning, operation and follow up.
- Manage the developers directly to ensure functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
- Manage software development team lead in the technical and systems design expertise by contributing to the architecture, development, and testing of software applications
- Maintain high standards of software quality. Uses best practices and follows appropriate coding standards. Ensure that all security policies are followed and enforced.
- Proactively engage product owners in the design, priority setting, development of user stories, and implementation of projects.
- Facilitate meetings and training demos, as necessary. Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and relevant team members.
- Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications. Review and take action when needed (like issue, Test cases, Test Plan, QA report, Estimation, Source code, any technical document etc)
- Maintain the project SDLC with project management tools i.e. Jira, Notion, Slack, Chatwork, Backlog and so on.
- Provide technical support for all workshops, meetings and events (as and when needed).
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
Proven experience in managing technology projects.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Experience Requirements
At least 7-year (s) experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
Salary Range: 150k- 200k
