Position: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝)
Salary – upto 250k (Negotiable)
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Qualifications:
· Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Responsibility:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
· Operations Management: Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
· Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Performance Monitoring: Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Technology Integration: Implement and manage supply chain management software and ERP systems
· International import: Directly manage global supply chain change or reconfiguration
· projects requiring dedicated oversight (e.g, PO and PI, LC warehouse moves, system changes, cost/service studies)
· Commercial management: opening LC, managing local freight and CNG to ensure proper stock arrival (dead dummy, spare part of warehouse)
