Now we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Bangladesh.
What you will do:
- Outgoing calls to clients
- Response to clients’ requests via online chat and email
- Analyze client requests
- Regulate conflict situations
We expect from you:
- Professional level of Bengali and English languages
- Good verbal communication
- Ability to efficiently work in a team
- Stress resistance
- Computer literacy
- Desire to benefit and help people
We are ready to offer:
- Stable monthly salary of 23 000 BDT
- Fully remote work
- Initial training
- The work schedule for this position is 12 hours shift (both daily and overnight) with 2 days on and 2 days off
