Position: Deputy/ Assistant Manager – Vegetables Seeds Production
Educational Qualification: MSc in Agricultural subject from reputed Agriculture University
Experience: 6-7 years in vegetable seeds production
Facilitate production plan and budget preparation.
Land selection, farmers training and deed with the farmers.
Maintain seeds quality (Genetics and physical) and time to time monitoring of all the fields
Suggest to field staff/ farmers on timely agronomic operation
Target achievement and development
Monitoring individual field crop progress on a regular basis
Ensure cost efficient seeds production and adopting and continuing advance technology
Communicating with Govt. and other agencies, plan and manage all logistics for production
Any other task assigned by Management
Salary: Negotiable
