Position Name: Principal/Lead Engineer – Microsoft Services, Cloud & IT Support

Role Overview:
Managing and maintaining the company’s IT Services and Operational activities with the help of technical guideline form the leaders. Also keeping records of company’s IT Assets. Ensuring technical supports to end user for their day to day IT related complications. Besides, collaborate with internal, external stakeholders and lead the IT Support team to meet the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
. Leading the level1(L1) IT support team
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS, and applications regularly 800+ end-user.
· Diagnosing, solving different end user hardware problem including desktop, laptop, and handheld device.
· Provide and ensure L2 on-prem and remote technical support to 800+ end users.
· Replacing end user device through ensuing data and email backup.
· Solving technical issues proactively and on demand that are raised by L1 team members.
· Installing, configuring, and administering software as per user need.

· Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting 25+ MFP devices.
· Physical link establishment and readiness of connection to the new IT infrastructure expansion for new floors in HQ.
· Mounting network rack & switch, wireless access points as and when required.
· Taking part in monitoring & troubleshooting HQ internal network issue with team.
· Taking all the necessary actions to prepare new asset for new joiners (20+/- per month) as well as for asset replacement, maintaining TAT with standard format of company.
· Maintaining records of all the IT asset and accessories of the organization.
· Evolve structured and standard procedures and best practices, including providing written procedures and guidance.
· Archiving hard copies and soft copies.
· Assigning IT accessories as per user request.
· Based on user’s requirements, PR to be raised accordingly for necessary hardware and accessories procurement.
· Communicate vendor and other company or organization for ordering product, for warranty claim, for servicing faulty product.
· In association with HR, taking all necessaries actions for exit employee, completing Technology Clearance Process.
· Ensuring revocation of resigned employee’s all sorts of access and credentials related with Technology Division only.

Required Qualifications:
. Academic: bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent discipline.
. Knowledge and Technical Competencies: MCSA, CCNA, RHCSA, MTCNA, CCNA Cyber Ops
.

Experience: 8 – 10 years’ experience in IT support services field with at least 2 years’ Managerial role.
