Position: Executive/ Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Finance Operations
Role Overview: This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing various financial activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s financial processes.
Responsibilities
· Efficiently manage day-to-day finance operations activities.
· Perform daily reconciliation of operational activities.
· Smoothness on DH & MC Lifting & DH Refund & MC Settlement Operations
· Fund transfer & Add money fund ensure & data entry.
· System monitoring, incident reporting and follow up for resolution (as per guideline)
· Proactively resolve queries by liaising with stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver daily and monthly reports on operational activities.
· Foster effective coordination among internal and external team members.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and operations.
· Mentor and train junior team members in finance operations.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
· Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial data and information.
· Maintain a proactive approach to risk management within finance operations.
· Collaborate with IT teams to resolve any system or data-related issues.
· Continuously seek opportunities to optimize operational processes and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Professional Experience:
· Possess a minimum of 2 years of dedicated, full-time work experience, with preference given to those with a background in banking NBFI or MFS.
· Additional consideration will be given for candidates with prior experience in operational and treasury teams.
Key Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Preferably experienced with Power BI and Bangla typing.
· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
