Job Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our company’s day-to-day operations, allowing management trainees to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the management team to execute tasks such as budget allocation, performance reporting, and project management.
Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that contribute to data-driven decision making.
Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions, and findings to both peers and senior management, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Engage in cross-functional projects that provide exposure to different departments and enhance the overall understanding of the business.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Additional Requirements
Age at least 23 years
