Shift 2: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for talented “Community Managers” who will build and manage relationships with FundedNext’s online communities, engage with them through social media platforms, and moderate user-generated content. The individuals will also aim to increase engagement and loyalty among the communities.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Create graphical/written content for community management.
– Write catchy and persuasive captions for various contents.
– Post & schedule content properly across various platforms.
– Write engaging sales copy for landers.
– Collaborate with the Analyst, Marketing, and Customer Support Team to develop various content ideas.
– Stay updated on trends and competitors.
– Edit and proofread copy as needed.
– Open to learning and adapting to new skill sets.
– The ability to create well-thought-out strategies for discount and sales offers.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the online community through various channels, including social media, messaging, and email.
– Marketing and social media expertise: Understanding marketing and social media principles to create engaging content, monitor social media platforms, moderate user-generated content, and provide customer support.
– Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze social media metrics and community engagement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
– Project management abilities: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
– Relationship-building skills: Capability to build and maintain relationships with the online community, respond to inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service.
– Technical proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to manage and optimize community engagement.
– Creative thinking: Ability to develop innovative ideas to increase community engagement, create campaigns, and enhance the brand’s online presence.
